A mix of bodyweight movements, cardio and weights that will make your favorite activities outside the gym a little easier.
Yoga – Virtual
Every other Sunday we relax and do virtual yoga with Trainer Tyra.
BIPOC Class – Virtual
Free to the BIPOC community. Prism believes in giving back and recognizing that access to fitness is a privilege.
Weightlifting
Love lifting but not cardio? This class is for you. Lift heavy and get strong.
