HAVE FUN WITH MOVEMENT
A mix of bodyweight movements, cardio and weights that will make your favorite activities outside the gym a little easier.
You will learn how to properly execute the snatch, clean and jerk, back squat, front squat and other strength building lifts while getting in a great workout.
If you are not yet ready to come back to a gym in person, we run Zoom classes alongside our in-person classes.
Every Saturday at 10:30am, this free class provides space for the BIPOC community only.

Due to current restrictions set by the state of Oregon, Prism Fit is closed to in-person classes. We are currently holding Zoom and outdoor classes only.
When we do reopen, we can hold a maximum of 6 people per class in carefully laid out six feet apart squares. We require everything be cleaned after each class. Masks are required in person.
