PROGRAMS
LIFT AND MOVE
High intensity interval training. You will lift weights, increase your heart rate, breathe heavy and leave with jello legs.
FLOW
A mix of bodyweight movements, yoga and kettlebells. This class is for those of you that want a full body workout but prefer a lower level of intensity compared to the Lift and Move class.
ON-RAMP
New to the gym or haven’t worked out in awhile? The 6 class On-Ramp series is for you. You will receive 6 private to semi-private training sessions that will get you comfortable with the movements we do here at Prism Fit. This series also helps Prism Fit learn your strengths, areas you in which you can improve and ensure that you’re safe during your time with us!
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Love lifting but not cardio? This class is for you. You will learn how to execute the snatch and clean and jerk properly while getting in a great strength workout.
PEOPLE OF COLOR CLASS
Every Saturday at 10:30am this class provides space for people of color only. The class is free to the community.
